Phoenix Industrial Minerals Pty Ltd (Phoenix) is a private Australian company that was demerged from Tulla Resources Plc in June 2023.
Phoenix owns 100% of the Industrial Mineral Rights to explore, develop and mine its iron ore and other industrial minerals at the icon Norseman Project which is located in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia at the southern end of the highly productive Norseman-Wiluna greenstone belt. The Norseman Project lies approximately 725 km east of Perth and 200 kilometres south of Norseman and 200 km north of the port at Esperance.


The Norseman Project comprises 154 tenements including 110 mining leases owned by the Pantoro Group. Phoenix has the contractual rights to these tenements in respect to the Industrial Minerals Rights subject to terms agreed with the Pantoro Group.

What are the Industrial Minerals?

‘Industrial Minerals’ means gypsum, iron ore, and associated iron (Fe) products, magnesium, manganese, phosphate, potash, rare earths, sand for construction purposes, pea gravel and non-gold bearing quartz, stockpiles of aggregate [existing as at 14 May 2019] and aggregate which is not otherwise produced from Gold mining or processing and other minerals that are not Joint Venture Minerals.

What are the Industrial Mineral Rights?

Industrial Mineral Rights means ... the rights to explore, mine, sell or otherwise deal with the Industrial Minerals.
