Kevin Maloney

Executive Chairman

Kevin is the Chairman and founder of Tulla Resources Group Pty Ltd and related entities (Tulla Private), the Maloney family investment group. He is also Chairman of THEMAC Resources, a Canadian company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, and a non-Executive Director of ASX listed Pantoro Limited.

Kevin has had an extensive career in international and corporate banking, finance and the resources industry. Kevin was part of the senior management team that created Elders Resources Limited (Elders Resources) in June 1985, after spending 20 years with ANZ. Elders Resources transformed itself from a gold exploration and mining company into a diversified resources business active in investment, operations and development. In 1986, Kevin was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Elders Resources Finance Limited – a specialty natural resources investment bank. 

Kevin was the founder and Chairman of The MAC Services, a company that was listed on ASX and grew to become Australia’s largest integrated accommodation group which was acquired by Oil States International Inc in December 2010. Kevin is currently the Chairman of the Resource Accommodation Management Pty Ltd group (RAM), a joint venture with listed property group GDI Limited. RAM is the owner and operator of Co-Living accommodation villages in the resources industry.

Kevin has been involved with a number of public companies as an executive and a director. He was previously Non Executive Chairman of HRL Holdings Ltd, Non Executive Director of Queensland Mining Corporation Limited and Non Executive Chairman of Altona Mining Ltd. Kevin was the Executive Chairman of Tulla Resources Plc and following its recent merger is currently a non-Executive Director of Pantoro Limited.

Mark Maloney

Executive Director

Mark is the Managing Partner and a founder of Tulla Private. Previously, Mark was Chief Executive Officer of The MAC Services.

Mark graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney with a Bachelor of Business (Hons) in 1993. Mark is a member of the Advisory Board for the UTS Business School.

Mark also has 15 years experience in investment markets, having held senior management positions with J.P. Morgan Chase & Co and Goldman Sachs Group Inc in London and Sydney.

Mark was the Managing Director of Tulla Resources Plc and is now a non-Executive Director of ASX listed Pantoro Limited.

Andrew Greville

Director

Andrew graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) in 1983.

Andrew is the Managing Director of West End Mining & Consulting, a boutique marketing consultancy assisting small mining companies. He is also Chairman of ASX listed Ballymore Resources Limited.

Andrew has over 35 years of experience in the mining industry, including senior roles in business development and strategy with Xstrata Queensland Limited, Pechiney World Trade (USA) Inc., BHP Billiton and Minera Escondida Ltda in Chile.

Andrew has also been a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development of Australia, Chairman of the Frieda River Joint Venture Management Committee and Chairman of the Asian Regional Council of the International Copper Association.

Andrew was a non-Executive Director of Tulla Resources Plc and has also been a director of several other ASX and TSXV mining companies.

Mark McIntosh

Chief Financial Officer

Mark is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia with 20 years’ experience advising and working for private and public companies. He has experience in capital raising, corporate finance and asset acquisitions and disposals.

He is currently acting Chief Financial Officer of THEMAC Resources and Chief Financial Officer of Tulla Private. He was formerly the CFO of Tulla Resources Plc.

Stephen Maffey

General Counsel/Company Secretary

Stephen was a senior partner in a major law firm in the UK/Europe for 15 years before returning to Australia. He has been involved in risk and governance in the resources industry since 2010.

As Company Secretary and General Counsel of Tulla Resources Plc he was intrinsically involved in the demerger of the industrial minerals to Phoenix and the merger with Pantoro Limited.

Stephen is also Company Secretary of the RAM group.
